Lola Levoy, Owner and President

Lola Levoy, is the Owner and the President of Beverly Hills Escrow and Beverly Hills Deferred Exchange (started in the mid 1980's), and has over 50 years experience in all phases of escrow including having the ability to close complex transactions that are unmatched in the industry.  Lola has owned Beverly Hills Escrow for over 40 years and Beverly Hills Deferred Exchange for over 30 years, and her expertise has been called upon many times by UCLA's Finance Department.  She frequently lectures at both USC and UCLA.

Lola is very involved in the community in a number of organizations with a special place in her heart for children.  She has been an active and passionate advocate for Foster Youth, being a mentor for hundreds and a foster parent for many.  

She is the Founder and the President of Working Dreams, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity that focuses exclusively on Foster Care children in Los Angeles County.  (www.workingdreams.org)She has been involved in holiday toy events for Foster children for over 40 years.  Since 2011, the year that Working Dreams became a non-profit, Lola and Working Dreams have very successfully organized and hosted their annual Holiday Toy Event, reaching over 17,000 Foster Care children each year.  The Glitz and Glam Prom Dress Event,  created in 2014 and held yearly ever since, gives brand new prom gowns, make-up palettes, hair care kits and purses to over 300 Foster Care High School Senior and Junior girls.  The Back to School Backpack event, started in 2015, gives donated backpacks stuffed with donated school supplies to Foster Care youth, from kindergarten to 12th grade, to help them start the school year.  Amongst the 3 annual events, Working Dreams gathers over 40,000 items for the children.

Lola is the recipient of a Congressional award for involvement with Foster Children and has been on the Board of Aviva Family Services for over 35 years and on the Board of the Jewish Fund. 

Kymberli Gayles, Vice President, General Manager and senior Escrow Officer

Kymberli is responsible for overseeing all daily operations for Beverly Hills Escrow/Beverly Hills Deferred Exchange, including training, bookkeeping and keeping the companies in compliance with the Department of Business Oversight.  Kym has worked in escrow for over 34 years and has been with Beverly Hills Escrow for over 23 years.

Kym is also the Executive Director of Working Dreams, (www.workingdreams.org)and has been instrumental in organizing the Holiday Toy Events and Prom Dress Events.  She is a member of The Drifters, Inc., a non-profit charitable women's organization whose theme is to, "Strengthen Our Families to Build Better Communities:  Save Our Children, Assist Our Seniors".  Prior to Working Dreams, Kym for over 10 years along with Lola, had been working in partnership with other agencies in toy drives for Foster Care Children

Michelle Kim, Senior Escrow Officer

Michelle Kim, is a devoted Senior Escrow Officer, who has been in the Escrow profession for over 25 years.  She possesses a superior knowledge in commercial and residential resale, new construction, refinancing and private money loans.  Her loyal customers recognize her ability to efficiently handle complicated transactions without compromising her friendly customer relations. Her dedication and hard work ensure that urgent matters are handled smoothly, professionally and diligently

Nancy Dudek, Escrow Officer/Exchange Coordinator

Nancy Kay Dudek, a Los Angeles native, entered the escrow profession in the early 1970's, leaving in 1982 to begin a brief career in law, only to return to escrow to join Beverly Hills Escrow in 1985.  She has specialized in the past in high end residential, commercial and investment property escrows and 1031 Exchanges, and currently assists in overseeing Ms. Lavoy's thriving escrow unit while continuing to operate our affiliated 1031 Exchange accommodator, Beverly Hills Deferred Exchange, Inc.
